At Vegan Heights, we use only the best, natural ingredients we can.

Kosher/Halal Ingredients—Our kitchen is not yet under Rabbinical supervision, but we have always held ourselves up to a HIGHER standard, in using NO animal products*. We are “Beyond Parve”, or, as we like to refer to it, “Parve v’Gan” (Kosher Parve vegan/from the garden!). As such, you can enjoy our delicious “cheeses”, Alfredo Sauce and other culinary delights with any foods, without worrying about infringing on Kashrut!

Lemon Juice—Lemon juice is not only super-alkalizing, but entire books have been written about the amazing health benefits of lemon juice. We use it to substitute distilled vinegar, which prominent doctors in the natural health field tell us is extremely harmful to your body.

New Zealand Solar-Evaporated Sea Salt—A form of Celtic Sea Salt, much more expensive than conventional sea salt. Harvested from the crystal-clear waters of Cook Strait, at the northern tip of New Zealand's South Island. Deep-water currents from Antarctica flowing into the southern Pacific Ocean provide one of the cleanest ocean water sources on the planet, thousands of miles from the nearest industrialized region. Brilliant sunshine and warm, dry northwesterly winds are the only additional ingredient in this kosher, all-natural product. Try it in your own cooking, and you’ll see that the taste is vastly superior.

Organic Ingredients—Whenever possible, we use certified organically-grown ingredients.

Soy—A historian has written that the civilization of China would have disappeared centuries ago, had it not been for the soybean. It contains what is considered “complete” protein, with all of the essential amino acids. It is also reported to be the only bean that is alkaline-forming rather than acid-forming.
